By downloading, installing, or using Jamie's Daily Freebies, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The platform
Jamie's Daily Freebies is a mobile-first platform that helps users discover, track, and claim freebies, giveaways, limited-time promotions, and special offers from brands, restaurants, retailers, travel companies, and online merchants. The platform may also offer cashback and shopping rewards through affiliate partnerships. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Offers and merchants
Jamie's Daily Freebies is an independent service that aggregates and curates offers from various merchants. Unless explicitly stated, merchants do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the platform. Offer details, availability, pricing, inventory, expiration dates, and redemption requirements are determined by the merchant and may change without notice. We attempt to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every promotion remains active or valid. Always verify offer details directly with the merchant before purchasing or redeeming.
Cashback and shopping rewards
When you visit a participating merchant through a tracked affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, the merchant may pay us a commission through an affiliate network. A portion of that commission may be shared with you as cashback, points, credits, or similar incentives. Cashback depends on merchant reporting, affiliate network tracking, transaction validation, and merchant approval. Not all purchases qualify. Rewards may be denied, adjusted, reversed, or canceled if the merchant rejects the transaction, the order is returned, tracking fails, the purchase violates merchant terms, or the transaction is deemed fraudulent. Do not consider cashback guaranteed until it has been verified and approved.
Points and rewards
Points are a promotional reward mechanism within the platform. Points may be earned through cashback transactions, promotional campaigns, referrals, special events, bonus offers, or engagement activities. Points may be redeemed for rewards, gift cards, cash equivalents, or other benefits depending on available functionality. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify earning rates, redemption rates, eligibility requirements, and reward structures at any time.
User accounts
You may create an account to save deals, sync preferences, track rewards, and manage notifications. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse, fraud, manipulation, automated activity, or violations of these terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Jamie's Daily Freebies only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the platform, manipulate tracking or rewards systems, or use automated tools to access the service without authorization.
Notifications
We may send notifications related to new deals, trending offers, expiring promotions, cashback updates, reward activity, and account messages. You may opt out through device settings or in-app preferences where available.
Disclaimer of warranties
Jamie's Daily Freebiesis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific savings, offer availability, or reward amounts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamie's Daily Freebies and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on offer information, or participation in cashback or rewards programs.
Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Jamie's Daily Freebies after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
